Guarantees and Service
Should the jewelry not be to your satisfaction for any reason - get in touch and we will try to solve it! With normal use, the jewelry will last, but if for some reason it does not, we ask you to contact us. If the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately via the contact form or firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can sort it out!
MoLaja Design is responsible if damage would have occurred during delivery, but is not responsible for damage caused by the product not being cared for correctly.
Exchanges, Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Right of withdrawal and right of return is valid for 14 days according to the Consumer Protection Act. In your message to us, it must be clear that you changed your mind. The withdrawal period starts on the day you received your jewelry and it must have been returned and received back by us within 14 days if you wish to change your product or regret your purchase. Please attach order number, name and address.
Returns are made at your own expense unless the jewelry is defective or if it has been packed incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package.
In case of exchanges, we will pay the new shipping from us to you. The right of exchange does not apply to special orders. Exchanges and returns are handled within 10 working days.

If you use your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it. You must not use it, but you can, of course, carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you will lose the right of withdrawal.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the jewelry as soon as possible, or no later than within 30 days from the day we received the jewelery and your notice about regretting your purchase.
